The Story

Inspired by the Sacred Timeline

Miss Minute To The End is a passion project born from love for the TVA universe in Loki Season 1. The character Miss Minutes — the cheerful clockwork mascot of the Time Variance Authority — captured imaginations worldwide. This project brings her to life in your browser.

The title "The Beginning Is the Ending" reflects both the circular nature of the TVA's Sacred Timeline and the creative philosophy behind this tool: every animation you script begins and ends in a loop of infinite creative possibility.

What started as an experiment with SVG procedural animation grew into a fully-featured studio with its own scripting language — because when you love a character enough, you build a whole programming environment to animate her.

The beginning is the ending. And the ending? Well, sugar, that's just another beginning. — Miss Minutes, TVA · Inspiration for this project

Cheerful · Knowledgeable · A little bit ominous.

Procedurally animated in SVG — every expression, blink, and lip-sync driven entirely by a scripting language you write yourself.

What's Inside

Studio Features

Everything you need to direct, script, and preview TVA-style animations — all running locally in your browser.

🖊️

Modern Scripting Language

Write animations in a clean, readable language with variables, if/else, loops, sequences, and parallel execution — like a real programming language.

✨

Live Syntax Highlighting

The built-in code editor highlights every token in real time — keywords, commands, variables, strings, numbers — with error markers in the gutter.

🎭

20+ Expressions

Happy, sad, mischievous, excited, confused, scared, smug, loving — all driven by a procedural SVG rig with smooth interpolated transitions.

💃

Moves & Animations

Bounce, dance, spin, wave, bow, flip, slide, strut — character body animations that respond to timing and loop control from your script.

🎵

Full Audio Control

Load audio files, control volume, seek, pause, resume, fade in/out, set playback rate, and loop — all with simple one-line commands.

⚡

Particle Effects

Sparkle, heart, star, confetti, explosion, fire, lightning, music notes, clock icons — trigger any effect with a single fx command.

🖥️

Live Stage Preview

Watch your animation play in real-time on the stage panel. Switch between 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios. Press Play for a full-screen countdown performance.

🐛

Smart Error Detection

The Problems panel shows exactly which line has an error and why — with helpful hints on how to fix it. Click any error to jump directly to that line.

📱

Mobile Optimised

A separate mobile stylesheet provides a touch-friendly single-column layout with larger tap targets, optimised font sizes, and landscape support.

Scripting Language

Write animations like code

The Miss Minutes scripting language is designed to be easy to learn but powerful enough for complex productions. Here's a taste of what you can write:

# ── Variables & conditional logic ─────────────────────
var score = 8
var name  = "Miss Minutes"

at 2 {
  if $score > 7 {
    expression excited
    say "$name approves! Score: $score" for 3
    fx sparkle 8
  } elif $score > 4 {
    expression neutral
    say "Could be better…" for 2
  } else {
    expression sad
    say "Oh dear, sugar…" for 2
  }
}

All supported commands

expressionSet facial expression + optional auto-revert
moveBody animation (bounce, dance, wave…)
lookPoint eyes in any direction
say "text"Caption + automatic lip-sync
talkLip-sync without caption text
fxParticle effect with count control
enter / exitCharacter stage entries and exits
peekPeek in from side and retreat
walk / walkToMove character across stage

02

Upload Media

Drag and drop audio or video files into the Media Library. They're instantly accessible in your script by filename.

03

Preview Live
